In this capacity, Sera is actively fighting for her passion of helping people understand themselves and their emotions during evolutionary periods in their lives, while staying true to herself and her vision in the process.

“The world right now has a tendency to wash away internal originality and freedom of expression” states Sera, “Especially when it comes to art and creation. Right now is the most important time for us to be looking within for answers and  to accept their presence.  That way, we can learn to accept others for who they are, just as we do ourselves.”

Sera's project, "The Pieces of Me" was an endeavor where she painted her face every single day for the full year of 2022. "The Pieces of Me" project was one of self-growth, self-dedication, and self-reflection shared with her viewers; the idea being that every documented social media post of each painting was a "Piece" of herself given to her viewers each day.

Sera’s prior studio space at Cedar Street Art Collective, is a place  she will always be thankful to have been a part of. “It was my space to be free as an artist. My studio is my little nook in the world. I cherish it greatly.” she Stated. Now she has a living work space for her next endeavors to flourish in.
